The Bets: Sunday 10/30/22

“I’m sharing this around the country club, need a nice 3 legger”

Welp, sorry about that…. I got you 3, but the daily double lost. I hope the gents at the club enjoyed it.

Are you fucking kidding me OK State? You couldn’t score AT ALL??? Like, how fucking embarrassing that a school, that prides itself in its football program, is SHUT OUT in 2022

Losing the Daily Double with OK State fucking kills me. In truth, I feel the only play I didn’t read correctly on Saturday was that Kentucky game… Yikes. Yesterday, the blog went -0.21 Units, bringing our grand total to…

+4.71 Units

We are still positive. Even though that daily double still kills me, it’s time to pay respect to the king. The first NFL Sunday in this young Blogs life

And no better bet, than to start us off where dental hygiene goes to die, and the fans in the stands have no clue how to act… ENGLAND

This is my full card, but if you want to see any live bets that I do, follow me on my Action Network mobile page!

Denver @ Jacksonville in London 8:30 am CST
(Jaguars -2.5, O/U 40.5)

Yesterday I said never bet on trends, today I am betting this ONLY because of the trend… Well, more because of the name of the trend…

THE LUNDER
(Credit Jake Marsh of Barstool)

When two shitty teams play in London, it just doesn’t seem like points should be scored

Broncos/Jaguars UNDER 40.5 (-107)

Risk 1 Unit to win 0.94

Carolina @ Atlanta 12:00 pm CST
(Falcons -4, O/U 41)

One thing matters here: Winner is in first place in the NFC South

That’s fucking disgusting

Shame on Tampa Bay, shame on New Orleans. Just because your city get’s rocked by a hurricane, doesn’t mean you get to look like you’re running underwater on Sundays

Now, this game has Falcons as favorites of 4, and it’s going to be one of those hideously amazing games.

It is going to be close. This is the type of game you are shocked by the box score at the end.

Full of mistakes, full of big plays.

Not to brag, but I have a future on both of these teams to win the division so I’m loving this

Panthers sneak one out with a back door cover, or with a last-minute Field Goal by Yung Ho Koo to win for the Falcons.

Falcons win, Panthers cover.

Panthers +4 (-107)

Risk 1 Unit to win 0.94

New England @ New York (Jets) 12:00 pm CST
(Patriots -2.5, O/U 40)

You have no idea how long I have been waiting for this…

The Jets have a chance of beating the Patriots

I love the one-sided rivalries in the NFL, the Bears-Packers, Cowboys-Commanders, and Saints-Buccaneers all fall under this same category

One team is, has been, and seemingly always will be the team that always wins, no matter what.

Teams that hate each other, but every now and then, the little brother gets one over big bro

Fuck that, Zach Wilson is THE WORST quarterback in the league. It’s one of the very rare times where the eyeball test lines up with advanced analytics.

He is ranked last in the league with “interceptable throws” as well as “productive snaps”

He is being hyped hard, but if you just watch him you’ll see he is SO bad

Big Brother wins again

Patriots -2.5 (-115)

Risk 1 Unit to win 0.87

Chicago @ Dallas 12:00 pm CST
(Cowboys -9.5, O/U 42.5)

The Bears are coming off of a WHOMPING of the Patriots, and the Cowboys is coming off of a quiet suffocation of the Lions

Dallas’ defense is real. Like REAL real. I’m talking “the best defense in franchise history” real.

You have a hero in Parsons, a villain in Diggs, and a silent X factor in Donovon Wilson.

All three are (or should be) considered pro bowlers, and at the top of their position (Yes, Diggs IS that good)

With that being said, the last time Matt Eberflus saw this Dallas team was as Defensive Coordinator of the Colts. In a game that was NOT good for Dallas

The Cowboys lost that game 23-0, where their primary receiver was silent, pass protection was a mess, and mistakes were forced.

Think about betting the Bears to win the game outright, and the under of 42.5 looks great too, but here is the pick…

Bears +9.5 (-105)

Risk 1 Unit to win 0.95

Washington @ Indianapolis 3:25 pm CST
(Colts -3, O/U 39.5)

This is my biggest meat-head play of the day. Low total, fun new QBs in Sam Ehlinger, and Playoff-Spread-Covering Taylor Heinicke

Both teams have nothing to lose, so they should be throwing the ball quite a bit, not giving a fuck if it’s a pick 6 or a titty

Washington/Indianapolis OVER 39.5 (-105)

Risk 1 Unit to win 0.95

San Francisco @ Los Angeles (Rams) 3:25 pm CST
(49ers -1, O/U 41.5)

Short and sweet - Kyle Shanahan owns Sean McVay

San Francisco -1 (-107)

Risk 1 Unit to win 0.94

Green Bay @ Buffalo 7:20 pm CST
(Bills -10.5, O/U 47)

I never liked Aaron Rodgers, so seeing him struggle and throw EVERYONE under the bus is just so sweet to see.

The only issue is, he is still Aaron Rodgers, and until he retires, I can’t underestimate him.

I can easily see the Bills kicking his ass, and while he is down 17 he drives down the field and scores a TD with 30 seconds left.

Not touching the spread, but Josh Allen is so good, his team is putting up points

Bills Team Total OVER 29.5 (-110)

Risk 1 Unit to win 0.91
