The Bets: Sunday 11/6/22
This is starting to get a little scary
After an amazing day yesterday for The Bets, going 4-1 and hitting BOTH of the daily double plays, I am hot
But what goes up, must come down… Right?
NAHH WE RIDE
Yesterday, The Bets went +3.54 Units, bringing our grand total to…
+9.88 Units
When I first started writing about what bets to play, I told myself to be happy with any total higher than -10 Units after a couple weeks. So I am pumped to say the least.
Let’s keep making money with some NFL Football
This is my full card, but if you want to see any live bets that I do, follow me on my Action Network mobile page!
Miami @ Chicago 12:00 pm CST
(Dolphins -4.5, O/U 46)
I have gone back and forth on this game quite a bit. Every time I see the Bears in a spot like this I tend to lean towards their line.
Chilly weather for this Miami team, it’ll be slightly windy (16-20 mph winds), and Chicago just added a fun weapon in Chase Claypool.
But dammit, I don’t want to bet against Tua, Hill, and Waddle.
The Bears did just trade their best defensive player in Roquan Smith. You may think that would lead to Chicago giving up more points, but now this gives others their chance to shine, and what better team to do it against than this hyped up Miami team?
It’s going to take Claypool one more week to get the feel of this team, so I won’t look at him as a factor this time.
Both teams will run the ball today, probably poorly, and run a lot of clock.
Less clock, means less points. Let’s settle with the under here.
Bears/Dolphins UNDER 46 (-107)
Risk 1 Unit to win 0.94
Indianapolis @ New England12:00 pm CST
(Patriots -4.5, O/U 40.5)
This was a premier game years ago, and now it’s just a sad, garbage game that has no implications on this years NFL season whatsoever.
The Patriots still have not figured out their Quarterback issue. Mac Jones going for 194 and 1 TD with 1 INT against your little brother Jets is nothing to be happy about
The Colts problems on the offensive side of the ball is even worse.
With what should have been a top 10 offensive line looking like a bottom 5 unit is bad.
Paying Matt Ryan close to $19 million to sit on the bench is worse.
And Jonathan Taylor going from best RB in the league to “He could be a great back-up in a comittee role” is atrocious.
Look for Bill Belichick and the Patriots to have a defensive scheme to destroy this Colt team, and Rhamondre Stevenson to run ALL OVER their defense.
Patriots -4.5 (-107)
Risk 1 Unit to win 0.94
Minnesota @ Washington 12:00 pm CST
(Vikings -3, O/U 43.5)
Washington finally has something to celebrate, Dan Snyder is looking to sell the team
Debatably the WORST owner in all of sports, Snyder went to Bank of America and started the process of finding a buyer for the Redskins Football Team Commanders.
The best part is, some have suggested a new owner would mean a new team name. Bring back “Football Team” PLEASE
Now, to the actual game. This is the happiest football fans have been in Washington in a very long time
Kirk Cousins returns to Landover to play his former team another time
This line of 3 just SCREAMS to take Washington here
Vikings are a very fraudulent one loss team. They do not deserve to be the 2 seed in the NFC right now.
If this game was on a Thursday or Monday night game I would be ALL OVER the ‘Manders
But early afternoon Vikings are a good team. Hold your nose, bet the favorite, and roll with it
Vikings -3 (-110)
Risk 1 Unit to win 0.91
Seattle @ Arizona 3:05 pm CST
(Cardinals -2, O/U 49)
Please, just dissect these facts that I am about to read to you, and tell me which team you would pick to win this game
Team A has a Quarterback playing at a top 12 level. A defense playing with a chip on it’s shoulder running to every ball. A coach that is setting it’s team up for success week in and week out.
Team B has a Quarterback that is awful in November/December. A defense that, for some reason, plays poorly at home. A coach that refuses to change his approach to the game, and has one foot out of the door already.
The obvious answer here is Team A… Why the fuck are they underdogs here?
Seattle is a good team. We are just going to have to accept the fact.
Yes, the were SUPPOSED to be a bottom 3 team in the league this year, but theyre not. We have a pretty good enough sample size showing that.
The new Call of Duty is out, Kyler is too pre-occupied with that. Why bet on him and why not bet against him?
Seahawks +2 (-107)
Bet 1 Unit to win 0.94
Tennessee @ Kansas City 7:20 pm CST
(Chiefs -12.5, O/U 45.5)
I’ll keep this last play short and sweet.
This game blows.
Titans defense probably tightens up because Coach Vrable knows how to get a team going, but good God how was this game not flexed out of primetime?
The only game worse than this on today’s slate is probably Buffalo @ New York (Jets).
Bet the under, assume Kansas City can’t put up more than 30 and Tennessee can’t put up more than 14, and go to bed early to get ready for your work week ahead.
Titans/Chiefs Under 45.5 (-105)
Bet 1 Unit to win 0.95
