I’m most likely going to have an entire blog about this Sunday Night game alone, and I know nobody wants to read that so I will stop now. I just never have had a confident 4 quarters of Primetime Dallas football in my life.
Now to the whole day: Fuck do I stink.
losing all 6 bets in the first 4 games was tough. Commander, Texans, and Patriots all got close, but nothing. Bears… that also might be another blog on its own. Boy, do they stink.. Never judge a season based on week 1 (Unless you are Dallas) but fuck was that a BAD game by the Bears…
And the fact they didn’t get the 2-point conversion that would have won a 2-unit bet… ouch.
We got our LOCK with Miami +3, but man oh man did the Boys bail us out with the Cowboys -13.5 play. I did end the day at 3-6, but MIRACULOUSLY was able to escape only down -0.34 Units.

I have one bet, but I am going to walk you through a couple of plays that I really like, but I am too afraid to bet myself after being scarred for most of the afternoon yesterday.

Buffalo Bills @ New York Jets
(Bills -2.5, O/U 44.5)
Watching Hard Knocks this year, it’s hard not to get into the Jets hype. The defense is elite. The offense undoubtedly has weapons. The coaching staff is pretty sweet.
The Bills are also EXPLOSIVE. They have tried to sign players for a lot of help on that defensive line, which is really needed with Von Miller starting on the PUP.
I also have a major theory brewing with the Bills. A lot of one-year deals. This tells me two things…
1: This team is BUYING in to go on their run. Buy buy buy, this is the year!
2: If this isn’t the year, and they lose AGAIN to Joey Brrrr or Patty Mahomes…. Blow it up.
By blow it up, I mean Diggs is gone, defense is gone, start over from scratch, and try again. Obviously, Josh stays, but how often do you do the same thing and expect a different result?
Now how does this impact the game? It doesn't. But these two teams play some great ball and always struggle against each other.
The number is 44.5 as a total, which is something the team hasn’t reached in their last three meetings. Elite defense vs. a passing game that can run cold if the pass rush gets to them.

It’s also clear that Rodgers is going to have a rough night. Do you know why? Bears vs. Packers.
IF the Packers sucked and Jordan Love looked bad, then Rodgers would be great. But what is going to happen is Bear fans will sit down to watch the game tonight and think “Oh, I can watch Rodgers and not hate his guts. He’s going to look so good like he does against us!”
There is no doubt in my mind that Rodgers is going to look like an old man that Bears fans will watch and say “Fuck I wish we played against him yesterday.
The Under is the official pick, but there are some other plays to look at.
Passing yards will be low. Not because of weather, but because that is how it goes in Bills-Jets. Take Passing Prop under.
If Rodgers does have it together, he is going to look for Wilson often. That’s what Rodgers does, picks one player and just fucking FEEDS them the ball. 2+ TDs for Wilson is in play here as well.
